Stop trying to become a different person.

I help women build a daily practice that helps you become more yourself — and I help organizations build cultures worth coming back to.

21 Day Practice Experiment

You did everything right — the career, the credentials, the climb. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, you started wondering if there was something more that was actually yours.

That’s not a crisis. That’s a calling.

You don’t build a better life by forcing yourself into someone else’s routine.

The 21-Day Practice Experiment is a guided experience for women in transition who are ready to feel more clean, present, and energized.

For Teams – Is Your Culture Working With or Against Your People

Forward-thinking organizations know that belonging isn’t a benefit. It’s a business strategy. But most teams are navigating change, leading hybrid workforces, and trying to build authentic culture with frameworks that were designed for a different era.

I partner with organizations ready to do something different — leaders who want to build cultures where creativity, equity, and real connection aren’t aspirational. They’re operational.

Hi, I’m Garland Fuller!

I didn’t set out to build a business. I set out to finally build something that was me.

After 15+ years in leadership development, culture consulting, and organizational change — and after six pivots of my own I stopped waiting for the table that was built for me and started building my own.

I work exclusively with women on the individual side because I know what it costs to shrink yourself to fit a room that was never designed for you. And I work with organizations creating strategies, building better teams, and making bigger tables because that is how we stop asking people to do shrink themselves in the first place.

My Services

For Women

For years, I helped organizations create environments where people could thrive.

Eventually, I realized I needed to do the same thing in my own life.

The 21-Day Practice Experiment grew from that realization.

I believe we don’t need more rules.

We need more permission to pay attention to ourselves.

I help women come back to themselves amidst major life transitions, career pivots, and what’s next.

For Teams

I work with teams who are done with surface-level fixes and ready to build cultures where trust, performance, and sustainability aren’t goals on a slide deck. They’re the way you actually work.
